What is covered by the warranty?
Everything except for user interference-related hardware issues. For example, if someone tried adding something to the system and damaged it in process by forgetting to unplug the power or inserting the RAM modules the wrong way, this is considered physical damage and is customer's responsibility. User-attempted overclocking immediately voids any warranty for all the components involved. Software is also sold as is, meaning that if you have a problem with for example finding drivers for your printer for your OS, we will be unable to assist you. Having said that, we are known for being the kind of company cherishing our relationships with our clients, and we do try our best to assist the customers who have placed their trust in our expertise with their non-warranty woes using the whatever limited time left, and that's the RD4 Technologies difference.
